Powder coated steel partitions (also known as baked enamel) are the industry standard for commercial restrooms. A galvannealed steel skin is wrapped around a honeycomb core for rigidity, then baked with an electrostatically applied polyester powder finish that resists scratches, chips, and corrosion. The result is a partition system that hits the right balance of price, durability, and color flexibility for the vast majority of commercial projects.
