4. Quotes & Orders
Quotes provided through our website or by our sales team are estimates and subject to change based on final project specifications, shipping destinations, and availability. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Next Partitions.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship nationwide from multiple distribution centers. Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability, shipping method, and destination. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Custom orders and specially configured partition systems may not be eligible for return. Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition, subject to restocking fees. Cancellations must be requested before the order enters production or ships.
7. Warranty & Liability
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Next Partitions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
